Our developments emanate from our history and traditional values as a business and are firmly based on good stewardship, diligence and integrity. We are not a mass developer.
Our approach is to carefully screen and choose the opportunities that we as a company can develop in accordance with our core values and that meet the genuine property needs in our locality. Given our longevity as a business and our experience, we can develop different types of sites, ranging from back gardens, greenfield sites to Brownfield requiring remediation treatment. Our portfolio of developments include housing, light industrial and commercial offices.
As a trusted and ethical business, we can partner with individuals who may have land but do not necessarily have development and construction experience. We tend to do this on a Joint Venture basis with complete transparency with our partners. They are kept informed through the key stages from inception to project completion. We bring the technical know-how and look after the details which become our responsibility. These can include dealing with the legal and financial aspects, commissioning design and managing the planning process, right through to the construction and sales process.
